Rested and aged. This tequila is aged in wood barrels for two to eleven months, taking on a golden hue with hints of wood flavor.
Tequila Añejo
Aged at least one year, darkening the tequila to an amber color and creating a smoother, richer and more complex flavor.
Mezcal
Made from roasting and fermenting the agave plant. Smokey and complex in flavor.
